A new look!
For the last several months, we’ve been working hard here at the Framesmith to re-invent the frame shop. We remodeled the retail space, launched new programs such as our readymade package program, went live with a new website built from the ground up, and finally have a presence on several social media sites. We’ve had so many ideas over the years to improve the experience as a customer, and we’re excited to see them really happen.
Retail space
The retail space went through a pretty big remodel. We ripped out the carpet and replaced it with wood flooring, moved some walls and repainted everything a fresh coat of some beautifully strange color called Debutante. The space is now open, bright and fresh looking, especially because we added new track lighting throughout the shop.
We have readymade options! Have a picture or some art that needs framed for a reasonable price? Then our readymade program is for you. We have hundreds of readymade frames in popular sizes along with matboard cut-offs sized to fit. The readymade frame sizes we carry are 8×10, 8.5×11, 11×14, 16×20, 18×24, and 24×36. To top this great option off, we can put it all together for you in under an hour!
Waiting area with display wall
Something we should have done a long time ago was to have a comfortable waiting area on those busy Saturdays. We want it to be as relaxing as possible for our clients, so try it out and tell us what you think! Surrounding the waiting area are cool examples of special out of the ordinary methods of framing your artwork that are meant to inspire.
